西安陕鼓动力股份有限公司(以下简称“陕鼓动力”)属于陕西鼓风机(集团)有限公司的控股公司，公司成立于1999年6月，以陕西鼓风机(集团)有限公司生产经营主体和精良资产为依托发起设立的股份公司。2010年4月28日，陕鼓动力正式在上海证券交易所挂牌上市，股票代码601369。
Xi’an Shaangu Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shaangu Power”) is a holding subsidiary of Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co., Ltd. Founded in June 1999, it was established as a joint stock company relying on the core operating entity and high-quality assets of Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co., Ltd. On April 28, 2010, Shaangu Power was officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with the stock code 601369.

As a national key equipment manufacturer focusing on compressor manufacturing and services, Shaangu Power supplies major core equipment including axial compressors, centrifugal compressors and energy recovery turbines for various sectors of the national economy such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, power generation and environmental protection. Its core products have been sold to many countries and regions worldwide. The company has developed three major business segments: energy conversion equipment manufacturing, energy infrastructure operation and industrial services.
其中，第一板块能量转换设备制造包括轴流压缩机、离心压缩机、能量回收透平装置、通风机、鼓风机、汽轮机、仪器仪表等高效节能环保产品，主导产品曾六次荣获国家科学技术进步奖；陕鼓核心产品轴流压缩机全球销量累计已达2600余台套，工业流程能量回收装置全球销量已到1600余台套，市场占有率居全球第一。第二板块能源基础设施运营包括气体运营、分布式(可再生)能源智能一体化园区、水务一体化(污水处理)、热电联产、冷热电三联供垃圾处理、焦炉煤气综合利用、生物质发电等。第三板块工业服务包括工程项目总承包、机组单元工程、机电设备安装、能量转换系统及节能环保等工程总包业务，安装调试、检修维修、绿色再制造、全托式维保、远程在线监测诊断、备品备件零库存、工业流程节能优化、专用润滑油、智能化、数字化系统解决方案等工艺全流程全生命周期系统服务等。
Among them, the first segment — energy conversion equipment manufacturing covers high-efficiency energy-saving and environmental-friendly products such as axial compressors, centrifugal compressors, energy recovery turbines, ventilators, blowers, steam turbines and instruments. Its flagship products have won the National Science and Technology Progress Award six times. The global cumulative sales of Shaangu’s core product, axial compressors, exceed 2,600 sets, while the sales of industrial process energy recovery devices exceed 1,600 sets, ranking first in the world in market share. The second segment, energy infrastructure operation, includes gas operation, intelligent integrated parks for distributed (renewable) energy, integrated water services (sewage treatment), cogeneration, combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP) for waste treatment, comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas, biomass power generation and others. The third segment, industrial services, covers general contracting of engineering projects, unit engineering, electromechanical equipment installation, general contracting for energy conversion systems and energy-saving & environmental protection projects, as well as full-lifecycle systematic services throughout the whole process, including installation and commissioning, maintenance and overhaul, green remanufacturing, full-trust maintenance services, remote online monitoring and diagnosis, zero inventory of spare parts, energy-saving optimization of industrial processes, special lubricants, intelligent and digital system solutions.

In recent years, Shaangu Power’s major economic indicators rank among the top in the domestic industry, and it is a pacesetter enterprise in China’s industrial sector.
