       西安市是国家全面深化服务贸易创新发展试点城市，多年来不断探索服务贸易创新发展路径，全力打造高新技术、先进制造业和现代服务产业；积极培育新材料、信息技术、生物医药、装备制造和航空航天等新兴产业；支持文化、旅游、现代物流和金融特色产业集群，推动服务贸易产业平稳健康发展。

       2022年，西安市申报服务贸易进出口额14.85亿美元，同比增长27.2%，连续两年保持高位增长。其中，知识密集型服务贸易爆发式增长，进出口额为8.95亿美元，同比增长76.9%，占全市服务贸易比重达60.2%；电信、计算机信息服务进出口额达3.86亿美元技术服务达2.88亿美元，专业和管理咨询服务、研发成果转让和研发服务、金融服务、知识产权服务等领域稳步发展。此外，西安市与"一带一路”沿线国家和地区服务进出口总额达9.9亿美元，同比增长110.7%。

        自2020年8月获批国家全面深化服务贸易创新发展试点城市以来，西安市统筹协调推进各项试点任务，带动全市服务贸易产业链结构优化及快速发展。试点任务88项，已有81项基本完成或落地见效；先后有6个创新成果被评为全面深化服务贸易创新发展试点“最佳实践案例”；获批文化、中医药服务、地理信息服务、人力资源服务等四类5个国家级特色服务出口基地，18家省级服务贸易示范企业，20家市级服务贸易重点企业；探索并设立了3个境外服务贸易促进中心；支持中医药服务出口基地在“一带一路”沿线国家建立了8个中医药诊疗科研中心。

        Xi 'an is a national pilot city for comprehensively deepening the innovative development of trade in services. Over the years, Xi 'an has continuously explored the innovative development path of trade in services, and made every effort to create high-tech, advanced manufacturing and modern service industries. Xi 'an also actively cultivates new materials, information technology, biomedicine, equipment manufacturing and aerospace and other emerging industries, supports industrial clusters featuring culture, tourism, modern logistics and finance, and promote the steady and sound development of trade in services.

        In 2022, Xi'an declared that the volume of import andexport trade in services is 1.485 billion US dollars, which hasincreased by 27.2% compared to last year and maintaineda high growth rate for two consecutive years. The knowledge-intensive trade in services has experienced explosivegrowth with the volume of an import and export achievedto 895 million US dollars, which has increased by the 76.9%compared with the previous year,accounting for theproportion of the overall city's services trade was 60.2%Furthermore. the volume of import and export in telecommunications and computer information services hasreached to $386 million US dollars, and technical serviceshas achieved to $288 million US dollars. Whereas theservices trade in other fields such as the professional andmanagement consulting services,research and development achievements transfer services and research anddevelopment services, financial services, intellectualproperty services have steadily developed.In addition, theexport-import volume of services in trade between Xi'anand the Countries along the “the Belt and Road" hasachieved to US$990 million, which increased by 110.7% inthe same period of the previous years.

         Since it was approved as the national pilot city for comprehensively deepening the innovative development of trade in services in August 2020, Xi 'an has coordinated and promoted various pilot tasks to drive the optimization and rapid development of the industrial chain structure of the city's trade in services. Xi 'an has a total of 88 pilot tasks, 81 of which have been basically completed or effective. Six of Xi'an's innovative achievements have been awarded as "Best Practice Cases" in the pilot project of comprehensively deepening the innovative development of trade in services. Five national characteristic service export bases have been approved in Xi’an in four categories, including culture, traditional Chinese medicine service, geographic information service and human resources service, 18 provincial demonstration enterprises in service trade and 20 municipal key enterprises in service trade. Xi 'an has explored and set up three overseas service trade promotion centers, supported TCM service export bases and established eight TCM diagnosis, treatment and research centers in countries along the Belt and Road.
