Xi’an Free Trade Port Construction and Operation Co., Ltd. is a state owned enterprise approved by the Administrative Committee of Xi’an International Port District, with a registered capital of RMB 1.6 billion. It is mainly engaged in core businesses of China’s premier inland port, including multimodal transport and hub port construction of Xi’an Port, China Europe Railway Express (Xi’an), the east bound sea rail intermodal corridor, and the Xi’an Assembly Center for China Europe Railway Express. It strives to build an open large scale operation platform for China Europe Railway Express (Xi’an) and advance its high quality, market oriented and sustainable operation.

The company is a pilot enterprise for the Shaanxi digital freight transport platform. It has obtained ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications and is a 5A level logistics enterprise accredited by the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing. In 2020, it was included in the first list of key contact enterprises for international logistics and transportation by the International Logistics Working Group under the State Council’s Work Mechanism for Promoting Work and Production Resumption. It is also a member unit of the China Europe Railway Express Coordination Committee.

公司加快推进集结中心枢纽建设，先后建成投用全国首个哈萨克斯坦铁路物流投资项目——哈萨克斯坦西安码头，于2025年6月建成阿拉木图物流场站，助力中哈两国实现”枢纽对枢纽”升级；深度参与共建跨里海国际运输走廊，与15个沿线国家达成合作并签署《高质量共建跨里海国际运输走廊备忘录》；建设中欧班列（西安）集结中心西安铁路集装箱中心站第三线束及配套工程，粮食指定监管场地扩建、智能化场站及保税集结能力提升等项目，助力中欧班列西安集结中心加快跻身世界一流内陆港“行列”。
The company accelerates the hub construction of the Assembly Center. It has completed and put into operation Xi’an Terminal in Kazakhstan, China’s first railway logistics investment project in Kazakhstan, and constructed the Almaty Logistics Yard in June 2025, facilitating the “hub to hub” upgrade between China and Kazakhstan. It is deeply involved in the joint development of the Trans Caspian International Transport Corridor, has established cooperation with 15 countries along the corridor and signed the Memorandum on High Quality Joint Development of the Trans Caspian International Transport Corridor. It carries out a series of projects including the third track cluster and supporting facilities of Xi’an Railway Container Center Station for the China Europe Railway Express (Xi’an) Assembly Center, expansion of the designated grain supervision site, construction of smart yards and improvement of bonded assembly capacity, helping the China Europe Railway Express (Xi’an) Assembly Center quickly rank among world class inland ports.
