中外运物流西北有限公司（以下简称“西北公司”）是中国外运合同物流专业二级单位中外运物流有限公司在西北地区设立的西北区域总部，公司位于西安国际港务区，下辖中外运物流新疆有限公司、新疆新铁外运物流有限责任公司、陕西外运国铁物流有限公司及西藏青铁外运物流有限公司等城市公司，管理范围涵盖陕西、新疆、甘肃、宁夏、青海五省。

Sinotrans Logistics Northwest Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Northwest Company”) is the Northwest Regional Headquarters established by Sinotrans Logistics Co., Ltd., the professional secondary unit for contract logistics of Sinotrans, in Northwest China. Located in Xi’an International Trade & Logistics Park, the company manages several regional subsidiaries including Sinotrans Logistics Xinjiang Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Xintie Sinotrans Logistics Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Sinotrans National Railway Logistics Co., Ltd. and Xizang Qingtie Sinotrans Logistics Co., Ltd. Its management scope covers five provincial-level regions: Shaanxi, Xinjiang, Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai.

The Northwest Company has a registered capital of 150 million RMB and more than 400 employees. Its core businesses cover end-to-end integrated supply chain services including integrated warehousing and distribution, highway transportation, multimodal transport, China-Europe and China-Central Asia freight trains, and railway pickup & delivery services. Its business reaches the five provinces in Northwest China, partial regions of South China, East China, Southwest China, Inner Mongolia and Xizang, as well as countries in Europe, Central Asia and Southeast Asia such as Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and Laos. 仓储及配送业务。西北公司作为中国外运合同物流重要的网络节点，覆盖陕西及周边九省快消品等消费物资存储与配送，自有土地约36万㎡，建有现代化高标准仓库资源16万平方米，各类电力叉车资源超50台，标准化托盘资源近10万块，仓库堆存量近300万吨，通过新技术、新设备的适时应用，可提升一站式操作能力，订单数据的深度分析能力。

Warehousing and Distribution Business. As an important network node of Sinotrans contract logistics, the Northwest Company provides storage and distribution services for consumer goods such as FMCG covering Shaanxi and nine neighboring provinces. It owns approximately 360,000 square meters of land, with 160,000 square meters of modern high-standard warehouses, over 50 electric forklifts and nearly 100,000 standardized pallets. The warehouse storage capacity stands at nearly 3 million tons. Timely adoption of new technologies and equipment helps improve one-stop operation capacity and in-depth analysis capability of order data.

公路运输业务。西北公司具备超过3000辆各类可控运输车辆和100多条中长途运输线路。年均运输能力逾500万吨，并可通过实时监控的可视化平台和高效稳定的运输管理系统等手段，为客户提供短途能源物流运输、长途工程大件运输、中长线快消品运输等服务。

Highway Transportation Business. The Northwest Company controls more than 3,000 transport vehicles of various types and operates over 100 medium & long-distance transport routes with an annual transport capacity exceeding 5 million tons. Supported by a visualized real-time monitoring platform and an efficient and stable transportation management system, it provides customers with short-distance energy logistics transportation, long-distance oversize engineering cargo transportation, medium & long-distance FMCG transportation and other services.

多式联运业务。西北公司以公路运输为两端承载主体，以铁路运输为长途承载主体，辅助海运等多种运力组织形式，聚焦矿产资源、能源运输、有色金属等业态，并为多家国内著名企业提供一体化多式联运服务方案。

Multimodal Transport Business. The company adopts highway transportation for first-mile and last-mile delivery, railway transportation for long-distance haulage, supplemented by maritime transport and other transportation modes. It focuses on mineral resources, energy transportation and non-ferrous metal transportation, and provides integrated multimodal transport service solutions for many well-known domestic enterprises.

中欧班列业务。西北公司以“长安号”中欧班列为国际业务运营主线，认真落实总部整体要求，紧密依托中欧西安班列资源优势，运营中白、中俄、中亚进出口国际班列，并与国内长沙班列、济南班列、内蒙古乌兰察布班列、义乌班列、金华班列、蓉欧班列及重庆班列进行合作深入合作，实现东行回程班列经满洲里、二连浩特、霍尔果斯的三条通道常态化运行，2022年含“长安号”在内班列发运超1400列。

China-Europe Railway Express Business. Taking the “Chang’an” China-Europe Railway Express as the core of its international business, the Northwest Company strictly implements the overall requirements of the headquarters and leverages the resource advantages of Xi’an China-Europe trains. It operates import and export international trains between China and Belarus, China and Russia, as well as China and Central Asia. It maintains in-depth cooperation with domestic train routes including Changsha, Jinan, Ulanqab (Inner Mongolia), Yiwu, Jinhua, Chengdu-Europe and Chongqing trains. Return eastbound trains run regularly via three ports: Manzhouli, Erenhot and Khorgos. In 2022, more than 1,400 trains including “Chang’an” trains were dispatched.

接取送达业务。依托于招商局集团与中国铁路总公司签订的战略合作框架协议有利基础，西北公司分别与中国铁路西安局、乌鲁木齐局、青藏铁路集团成立三家合资公司，主要经营多式联运接取送达业务、道路货物运输站经营、国际货物运输代理、国内集装箱货物运输代理等，年化业务运量超2000万吨。

Pick-up and Delivery Business. Based on the Framework Strategic Cooperation Agreement between China Merchants Group and China State Railway Group Co., Ltd., the Northwest Company has established three joint ventures with China Railway Xi’an Bureau, China Railway Urumqi Bureau and Qinghai-Xizang Railway Group respectively. The joint ventures mainly engage in multimodal transport pick-up and delivery, operation of road freight terminals, international freight forwarding and domestic container freight forwarding. The annual freight volume exceeds 20 million tons.
