西安国际陆港投资发展集团有限公司成立于2009年6月，是由西安市人民政府批准、西安国际港务区管委会投资设立的大型国有独资企业，是国际港务区、西安港投资、建设、运营的主体。

目前，集团控参股子公司40余家，员工超千人，形成以港口建设、口岸运营、物流和临港贸易等临港经济为核心，以金融与投资服务、生产生活配套服务为助力的“一体两翼”产业格局。多年来，陆港集团致力于打造中国内陆最大的港口综合开发运营服务商。

Xi'an International Inland Port lnvestment & Development Group,founded in June 2009, is a large-scale wholly state-owned enterprise approved by Xi'an Municipal Government and invested by the administrative committee of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park. It is the investment and operation entity of Xi'an Port, the main force of Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park's construction and operation, and the comprehensive development and operation service provider of inland ports in China.
