杨凌农业高新技术产业示范区

       杨凌作为关中平原城市群的重要节点城市，是国家第一个农业高新技术产业示范区，拥有西北农林科技大学、杨凌职业技术学院等高校，是唯一的农业自贸试验片区，是上合组织农业技术交流培训示范基地所在地，是唯一实行省部共建的高新区。党工委管委会高度重视服务贸易发展，依托西北农林科技大学、杨凌职业技术学院等驻区高校资源优势、借助上合组织农业技术交流培训示范基地和陕西自贸区杨凌片区平台，国际交流合作和国际贸易服务快速发展。

       2021年，示范区服务贸易企业45家，贸易额1440.92万美元，同比增长100.16%；贸易行业以生物医药、电子设备制造、教育为主；服务项目主要是提供管理咨询、技术服务和职工报酬；全区超过50万美元企业有8家，交易额占比84.53%；涉及有韩国、日本和美国等59个国家和地区。2022年4月杨凌获批省级服务贸易创新发展试点城市，下一步杨凌将加快服务贸易建设步伐，积极探索服务贸易创新发展新举措，为全省服务贸易高质量发展贡献杨凌力量。

        As an important node city in Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration, Yangling is the first agricultural high-tech industry demonstration zone in China. It has colleges and universities such as Northwest A&F University and Yangling Vocational and Technical College. It is the only agricultural free trade pilot zone, the location of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Agricultural Technology Exchange and Training Demonstration Base, and the only high-tech zone jointly built by the province and ministry. The Administrative Committee of the Party Working Committee of Yangling Demonstration Zone attaches great importance to the development of service trade. Relying on the resource advantages of Northwest A&F University, Yangling Vocational and Technical College and other universities stationed in the zone, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Agricultural Technology Exchange and Training Demonstration Base and the Yangling Area platform of Shaanxi Free Trade Zone, the international exchanges and cooperation and international trade services have developed rapidly.

        In 2021, there were 45 service trade enterprises in the zone, with a trade volume of $14.4092 million, an increase of 100.16% compared with the same period last year. And the trade industry is dominated by biomedicine, electronic equipment manufacturing and education. Service projects in the zone are mainly to provide management consulting, technical services and employee remuneration. There were 8 enterprises exceeding 500,000 US dollars in the zone, accounting for 84.53% of the transaction volume, which involved 59 countries and regions such as South Korea, Japan and the United States. In April 2022, Yangling was approved as a provincial pilot city for innovative development of trade in services. In the next step, Yangling will accelerate the pace of service trade construction, actively explore new measures for the innovation and development of service trade, and contribute to the high-quality development of service trade in the province.
