西安曲江旅游投资 (集团) 有限公司成立于 2004 年 7 月， 是由西安曲江文化产业投资集团投资设立的大型文化旅游企业集团，目前控股西部旅游知名上市公司曲江文旅股份、新三板上市公司曲江智造，下设陕西锋双实业有 限公司、海口曲江文化旅游投资有限责任公司、西安曲江艺术康旅发展有限公司、西安山河旅游发展有限公司等，陆续在蓝田、海口、武当山、邯郸等多处产业布局，覆盖景区、酒店、康养等多项文旅投资项目。

Xi'an Qujiang tourism investment (Group) Co., Ltd, is a large-scale cultural tourism group invested and established in July 2004 by Xi'an Qujiang cultural industry investment (Group) Co., Ltd. Qujiang Tourism Investment Group now holds Qujiang Cultural Tourism Group Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 600706), a well-known listed company in western tourism, and Qujiang Intelligent Manufacture Co., Ltd, a listed company in theNatioinal Equities Exchange and Quotations, and it also has several subsidiaries, such as Shaanxi Fengshuang Industrial Co., Ltd., Haikou Qujiang Cultural Tourism Investment Co., Ltd., Xi'an Qujiang Art Health and Tourism Development Co., Ltd. and Xi'an Shanhe Tourism Development Co., Ltd..
