东航赛峰起落架系统维修有限公司

XIESA是中国国有三大航空运输集团的主要骨干之一的中国东方航空公司 (China Eastern Airlines) 与世界领先的法国航空高科技公司赛峰起落架系统公司(Safran Landing Systems)于2016年11月1日签订合作协议并于2017年正式注册的合资公司。股东双方各持有50%的股份。

XIESA (Xi'an CEA Safran Landing Systems Services Co., Ltd), a joint venture agreement signed on November, 1st 2016 between by China Eastern Airlines, one of China's three major state-owned backbone of the air transport group, and Safran, the French aerospace and defense group and registered on Jul. 2017. XIESA is owned 50% by China Eastern Airlines and 50% by Safran Landing Systems.

XIESA的业务目标是成为致力于中国新型卓越的起落架维护、修理和检修中心。

The general business objective of XIESA is to become a new center of excellence, dedicated to landing gear maintenance, repair and overhaul in China

于2017年7月开工建设，2019年9月获得中国民航局颁发的B737维修许可证进入正式运营并于2020年2月，增加表面处理工艺维修能力，2021年6月获取欧洲航空安全局颁发的737飞机机型起落架的维修许可证. 2021年12月获取EASA认可的A320大修能力。届时将有350名MRO员工通过电镀设备，机械加工，液压和电气车间的支持，为中国各航空公司提供A320和B737起落架的最佳维护和修理服务。 达产后预计起落架年维修能力将达到150套，以全维修能力支持所有航空维修活动。

The XIESA MRO plant at a glance:

The Construction started in July 2017 and XIESA commenced its operations in early 2019 upon receipt of B737 Maintenance Organization Exposition from CAAC, from which surface treatment process capability was added on February 2020. In June 2021, XIESA received the 737 MOA from EASA and A320 approval was received in December. 350 MRO staff will be employed and trained to provide outstanding local services for the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 landing gears to all Chinese Airlines fleet, supported by electroplating equipment, machining, hydraulic and electrical shops. When reaching full capacity, it is expected that a maximum of 150 shipsets would be repaired, supporting all aviation maintenance activities with full range maintenance capability.

XIESA's priority shall be the Chinese domestic market in which it is now considered as one of the world's leading aviation markets with fleets of single-aisle jets arriving at maturity, and therefore requiring landing gear overhauls.
