宝鸡综合保税区

       宝鸡综合保税区于2019年12月经国务院批复，2021年3月11日正式封关运行。位于宝鸡高新区科技新城东片区，总规划面积3.22平方公里，其中网内保税区2.22平方公里，网外配套服务区1平方公里。

       依托宝鸡特色产业基础，综保区瞄准加工贸易、国际仓储物流、跨境电商，重点规划建设“四园三区”，四园分别
是：中国钛谷·国际新材料产业园、国际智能制造创新园、国际纺织科技产业园、国际食品产业园，三区分别是：仓储物流区、口岸作业区、综合服务区。

       在国家“一带一路”向西开放和关中平原城市群建设战略大背景下，宝鸡综合保税区将充分利用国际国内“两个市场、两种资源”，以面向中西亚、南亚、欧洲地区为开放重点，以差异化发展方式推动特色产业项目引进来和宝鸡优势产业走出去。力争到“十四五”末，将其打造成为宝鸡与丝绸之路沿线国家经济合作交流的先行区；西部内陆国际产业转移的主要承载区；陕西自由贸易试验区创新辐射的核心区。

       Baoji Integrated Free Trade Zone was officially established in December 2019 under the approval of the Stale Council,It will be officially put into operation on March 11, 2021.Located in the East Area of the New Science-technology Town of Baoji Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone(BJHDZ), Baoji Comprehensive Bonded Zone covers a planned area of 3.23 square kilometers,including 2.22 square kilometers of the bonde zone and 1 square kilometer of the supporting service zone. 

       Relying on the characteristic industrial foundation of Baoji, aiming at processing trade, international warehousing logistics and cross-border e-commerce, we will focus on the planning and construction of "four parks and three zones"，"The “four parks” are: China Titanium Valley-International New Material Industrial Park,International intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Park,International Textile High-tech Industrial Park and International Food Industry Park.The“three areas are: Warehousing & Logistics Area,Port Assignments Area and Comprehensive Service Area.

        Under the background of the national “The Belt and Road” Initiative opening to the west and the construction strategy of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration, Baoji Comprehensive Bonded Zone will make full use of the "two markets and two resources" at home and abroad with the key opening areas toward the central Asia,the west Asia, the south Asia and the central and eastern Europe,and with the different developing methods used to introduce characteristic industrial project into the Zone and promote outstanding industries in Baoji to go out the Zone.Up to the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan”,the Zone will have been built as the pioneer of the economic cooperative and exchanging area for Baoji and the countries along the Road,also as a supporting area for international industrial shift in west China, and as the core of innovative radiation area in Shaanxi free trade experimental area.
