国家中医药服务出口基地

西安中医脑病医院是陕西省中医管理局批准并直管的三级甲等中医专科医院，是商务部和国家中医药管理局认定的首批国家中医药服务出口基地，是陕西省中医脑病诊疗示范型国际科技合作基地，陕西省服务贸易重点企业，陕西省中医药对外合作交流基地，西安市中医药服务贸易特色出口基地。诊治了来自10余个“一带一路”沿线国家的外籍患者。使“中国医术、中国医生、中国疗效、中国服务”在一带一路沿线国家形成了一定的口碑。

西安中医脑病医院自主研发了电子经穴治疗仪、耳穴治疗仪等中医诊疗器械，以及脑康灵胶囊、鹿芪脑窍通颗粒、丹红益脑膏、麝穿脑立通颗粒、痉瘫康胶囊、聪脑益智胶囊、桂苓脑路通颗粒、抗痫胶囊、参茸健脑胶囊、静帅康胶囊等20余种脑病专科中药制剂。

Xi'an TCM Hospital of Encephalopathy is a tertiary level A specialized Chinese medicine hospital approved and directly managed by Shaanxi Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is one of the first national TCM service export bases recognized by the Ministry of Commerce and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a model international science and technology cooperation base for TCM brain disease diagnosis and treatment in Shaanxi Province, a key enterprise of service trade in Shaanxi Province, a base of TCM foreign cooperation and exchange in Shaanxi Province, and an export base of TCM service trade with characteristics in Xi'an. It has treated foreign patients from more than 10 countries along the "Belt and Road". It has formed a certain reputation of "Chinese medicine, Chinese doctors, Chinese treatment and Chinese service" in the countries along the Belt and Road.
