国家地理信息服务出口基地（陕西航天经济技术开发区）

       西安国家民用航天产业基地（简称“航天基地”）成立于2006年11月，2010年6月被国务院正式批复为国家级陕西航天经济技术开发区。

       航天基地以国家战略需求和区域经济发展为牵引，立足航天产业，发展新兴产业，是航天技术产业和国家战略性新兴产业聚集区、西安建设国家中心城市重要功能承载区。

       近年来，航天基地先后获批中国（西安）跨境电商综合试验区创新示范先行区；被授予西北地区唯一五星级国家新型工业化产业基地；成功入选国家地理信息服务领域特色服务出口基地；落地国家超算（西安）中心；获批陕西省首批数字经济示范区；率先试点西安市首个新型智慧城市项目，建成地理信息智慧化服务全景协同系统，打造了中西部首个开放道路的无人配送场景。

        建设国家地理信息服务出口基地，是落实商务部《“十四五”服务贸易发展规划》的重要举措，是培育具有较强国际竞争力的地理信息企业、创新推进地理信息服务出口、带动地理信息服务贸易规模增长和推动地理信息产业高质量发展的有效抓手。

        Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industry Base (hereinafter referred to as "Space Base") was established in November 2006 and officially 
approved by the State Council as a state-level Shaanxi Aerospace Economic and Technological Development Zone in June 2010.

        Guided by national strategic needs and regional economic development, the space base is based on the aerospace industry and develops emerging industries, and is an important functional bearing area for aerospace technology industry and national strategic emerging industries, and an important functional bearing area for Xi'an to build a national central city.

        In recent years, the aerospace base has been approved as the China (Xi'an) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone Innovation Demonstration Pilot Zone; awarded the only five-star national new industrialization industrial base in Northwest China, and successfully selected as the national geographic information service field characteristic service export base; landed in the national supercomputing (Xi'an) center; approved as the first batch of digital economy demonstration zones in Shaanxi Province; took the lead in piloting the first new smart city project in Xi'an; built a panoramic collaborative system for geographic information intelligent services; created the first unmanned delivery scenario with open roads in the Midwest.

         The construction of a national geographic information service export base is an important measure to implement the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Trade in Services" of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, and an effective means to cultivate a geographic information industry with strong international competitiveness, innovatively promote the export of geographic information services, drive the growth of the scale of trade in geographic information services and promote the high-quality development of the geographic information industry.
