西咸新区空港新城

       空港新城规划面积 144.18 平方公里，作为陕西省服务贸易创新发展重要承载区域，依托临空 + 自贸 + 航权 + 跨境 + 保税 + 口岸六大功能平台，打造临空特色服贸高地，创新要素聚集节点。空港新城累计开通国际客运航线 77 条，联通全球 36 个国家、74 个主要枢纽和旅游城市，开通国际货运航线 22 条，第五航权航线 4 条，2021年货邮吞吐量达到 39.56万吨，位列全国第九，打造对外开放重要通道。空港新城通过“传统赋能 +创新发展”的双轮驱动，实现了全国唯一由原厂投资的大型飞机起落架保税维修项目运营；建设 13 个智慧物流园区，入区177 家国际货代及物流企业；西北云翼飞行训练中心引入陕西首台融资租赁飞行培训模拟机，与 13 个国家签订飞行培训业务，形成航空 +的服贸生态；西安临空会展中心开馆运营，全省首个国际邮件、商业快件、跨境电商“三关合一”海关特殊监管区域落地，不断扩大“空港服务”品牌竞争力，走出服务贸易创新发展的“空港模式”。

Airport New City of Xixian New Area, occupying a planning area of 144.18 km2, plays a crucial role in the innovative development of 
Shaanxi Province’s service trade. Supported by the six platforms of airport, free trade, freedoms of the air, cross-border e-commerce, 
bonded zone and port of entry, it endeavors to grow into a highland of airport service trade featuring innovation. Its 77 international passenger air routes enable it to closely connect with 36 countries and 74 major hubs and tourism cities. With 22 international cargo flight routes and 4 air lines for fifth freedom flight, it, an important open-door to the outside world, handled 395,600 tons of cargo in 2021 and ranks the ninth in cargo throughput across China. The new city, driven by traditional and innovative development, has been the first in China to initiate the bonded storage business for large aircraft landing gear, which was invested by the original manufacturer of the spare part. Its 13 intelligent logistic parks have attracted 177 international freight forwarders and logistics enterprises. Northwest China Yunyi Flight Training Center has brought in the first flight training stimulator via financing lease in Shaanxi Province and providing training for 13 countries, creating a development model of aviation plus service trade. Xi’an Airport Convention & Exhibition Center has opened, and the first special customs supervision zone offering the clearance of international mail, commercial express and e-commerce goods in Shaanxi Province has been established. All of these help the new city to increase its brand competitive edges in airport services and find the characteristic pattern for its innovative development of service trade.
